My team became embedded in the brand, leading creative for the US email marketing program while supporting broader campaigns across web, social, and digital. We also worked across Logitech’s portfolio of sub-brands, including Astro, Logitech G, and Ultimate Ears.
To support a complex, multi-brand marketing ecosystem, we developed a unified Email Design System that became the foundation for Logitech’s global email program.
This system enabled a scalable approach to content — balancing product marketing with engagement-driven storytelling across recurring newsletters. Campaigns combined product recommendations with creator features, UGC, WFH content, and community-driven elements, creating a more dynamic and relevant customer experience.
The impact was immediate. Within the first quarter, newsletter-driven revenue increased by 75% year over year, exceeding both engagement and performance benchmarks.
